1st stage: ALMERIA - NADOR - OUJDA
Group introduction. Supply of materials and route book. Ferry crossing.

2nd stage: OUJDA - AIN BENIMATHAR - TENDRARA AND BOUARFA
Route: Tracks following the mine train line and fast terrain through plateaus and high plains at an altitude of 1,400 mts. A route that will make you remember the charm of the area and the nomads as special as their surroundings.
Arrival at three star hotel.

Monday
3rd stage: BOUARFA - BOUANANE - BOUDNID - ERFOUD
Route: Desert tracks and rivers of sand. A combination of scenery on a route that is hardly touched by drivers and where enormity continues to be the greatest feeling of freedom and driving.

Tuesday
4th stage: ERFOUD - ERG CHEBBI
Route: Sandy desert tracks, rivers of sand and wild oases next to the Algerian border, until arriving at the fine high dunes of Merzouga. Crossing and navigation by sand where the feeling of freedom is inescapable.
Arrival at the Arab camp. A magic night beneath the stars. Luxury Jaimas accommodation.

Wednesday (Optional rest stage)
5th stage: ERG CHEBBI - BOURIKA - MESSISI - TINGHIR
Route: A new day's journey in the desert with breathtaking scenery, rivers of sand, small dunes, chots, ruins of the French fortress of Oubahalou, villages where henna is grown, to finally arrive at the Todra Gorges.
Dinner and accommodation in a double room in the four star KENZI BOUGAFER hotel.

Thursday
6th stage: TINGHIR - AMELLAGOU GORGES - GOULMIMA - ERFOUD
Route: Tracks through the Atlas mountains and gorges, spectacular cliffs, north African villages, valleys and palm groves. This route allows you to discover the splendour of the ATLAS mountain range. Arrival in the village of Goulmima where we will do an off-track navigation stage and finish right at the door of the KASBHA HOTEL CHERGUI.

Friday
7th stage: ERFOUD - AZROU - FEZ
Route: All road 460 km. Departure heading north, passing the VALLEY OF ZIZ and crossing the Middle Atlas, with a visit to the "alpine" village of Ifrane and its impressive forest of hundred year old cedars and small monkeys to enter deep into the imperial city of Fez. Dinner and accommodation in a five star hotel.
Saturday
8th stage: FEZ - NADOR
Guided tour of the city through the old medina and sights.
Connection by road of 370 km. Cabin boarding at night.
Sunday
Almeria. Arrival at the port at approximately 8 am. Farewells and return home with marvellous memories. |
